Good Faith Exam (GFE) Requirement

For your safety, a Good Faith Exam (GFE) is required prior to treatment and must be completed annually. This brief medical evaluation provides an additional layer of safety by reviewing your health history, current medications, allergies, and other relevant medical considerations to identify potential contraindications or concerns before treatment.

The GFE is required under Colorado regulations for applicable aesthetic medical treatments performed by non-physician injectors and is an important part of providing safe, individualized care. The exam is completed once per year and is paid directly by the patient, with the typical cost ranging from $20–$30.

When scheduling your GFE, please select all treatments you may be interested in receiving, even if you are currently planning to have only one service. This allows your provider to appropriately evaluate your treatment options during your annual exam and helps prevent the need to pay for an additional GFE should you decide to pursue another treatment later in the year.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so we can provide you with the full treatment experience you deserve. If you arrive late, your appointment and treatment may need to be shortened or adjusted in order to accommodate guests scheduled after you. Please note that the full service fee will still apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $55 fee.

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also incur a $55 fee before another appointment can be scheduled.
  

We understand that emergencies may arise and will always do our best to accommodate you. We sincerely appreciate your courtesy in respecting our time and helping us provide excellent care to all of our clients.

Refund Policy

While we make every effort toward client satisfaction, please note that all completed service sales and gift cards are final. On a rare occasion someone might not be happy with their results,  Come see us and we will make every effort to make it right.
