Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Rustic Chic Aesthetics, we truly value your time and the time of every guest. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth schedule and a relaxing experience for all, we kindly ask that you review our policies before booking:

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so we can provide you with the full treatment experience you deserve. If you arrive late, your appointment and treatment may need to be shortened or adjusted in order to accommodate guests scheduled after you. Please note that the full service fee will still apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $55 fee.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also incur a $55 fee before another appointment can be scheduled.

We understand that emergencies may arise and will always do our best to accommodate you. We sincerely appreciate your courtesy in respecting our time and helping us provide excellent care to all of our clients.


Refund Policy

While we make every effort toward client satisfaction, please note that all completed service sales and gift cards are final. On a rare occasion someone might not be happy with their results,  Come see us and we will make every effort to make it right.
